I dream of painting, then I paint my dream.

It fascinates me to capture movement from nature in pictures. If it is the light movements of algae in the flow of the clear Rhône at the outflow of Lake Geneva, the observation of how gentle waves in the clear Mediterranean conjure up a fascinating play of shadows on the seabed, or the impressions of how the landscape passes by during a car ride where you only perceive impressions of color and shades. Or the influence of the changing incidence of light over time on the appearance of the natural space, which invites to dream.

Dreaming of the play of light and colors in nature.

Depicting movement from nature in pictures still fascinates me today. Be it the slight movements of the algae in the river of the clear Rhône at the outflow of Lake Geneva, the observation of how gentle waves in the clear Mediterranean conjure up a fascinating play of shadows on the sea floor or the impression of the landscape passing by while you are driving only let you perceive color impressions, the influence of the incidence of light, which changes over time, on the appearance of natural space invites you to dream.

It is the focus on the moment, short moments that allow myself to pause, but in which the world does not stand still. A slowing down of the moment when looking at the picture.
